Security reports
Vulnerability reports are acknowledged within 48 hours. Please include enough detail to reproduce. See Security for scope, subprocessors and tenant isolation, and /.well-known/security.txt for the machine-readable version.
Data protection
Access, correction, export or deletion requests, and anything on the privacy notice. Workspace deletion is self-serve and immediate — Settings → Delete workspace — and removes rows, declared context and history. Full account deletion is handled on request within 30 days.
Pilots and commercial questions
Mention the system you would like analysed and roughly what it spends. Before that is worth an email, the free Evidence Scan runs on your own export with no card and no call, and pricing states the model in full.
Anything else
Questions about how the engine decides are usually answered by Methodology — including what is deliberately not claimed. If it is not there, it is worth an email.
